We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided by us, unfortunately we cannot cover or refund shipping and duty costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All of our packages are tracked. If the courier states that your order was delivered, but you did not receive it, we will start an investigation with them. After the investigation if the package was determined to be lost, we will refund your full order including shipping. If you would still like to purchase your chosen items, you will need to process a new order directly through our website. If the courier still states after the investigation that the order was delivered, we cannot issue a refund.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refunds on digital downloads, sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We cannot refund shipping and duty costs.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returned to sender


If your order was marked as “returned to sender”, there was likely an issue with your shipping address that made your order undeliverable or you did not pick up the package in time from the post office. You can check your tracking history for details that might explain what exactly went wrong. Please note the post office will charge us for return shipping in these cases.


If your order was returned to us we will charge a 12.99 CAD (Canadian customers) / 10.99 USD (US customers) restocking fee. We will only refund the cost of the item(s) minus restocking fee and not the initial shipping and duty costs. 

Please note that we're unable to re-deliver once this status has appeared on your tracking link. If you would still like to purchase your chosen items, you will need to process a new order directly through our website.
